Many small and medium sized businesses offer a truly personal, high quality service. Many rely on their customers and friends to spread the news of their great service However, sometimes this is not enough for a business to achieve its targets. Our exhibition is designed for businesses that wish to speak directly to potential new customers. With our small stands you do not even require a display equipment, although it can help you in promoting your business.

You pay £10 for each year you have been trading and £10 for each person working in the business. See the examples below. The maximum you pay in each calculation is £50 therefore the maximum stand cost is the full stand price of £100. All prices plus VAT. Exhibition boards £10.
Trading less than 2 years = £20 and working on your own £10. Total due £30
Two people in partnership = £20 and trading 3 years = £30. Total due £50
One person with 3 staff = £40 and trading 8 years = £50. Total due £90
Free stands for Business Networks
Last January all stands were reserved due partly to the support we received from several Businesses Networking Organisations. These received a free 1 metre stand in return for promoting the Exhibition to their members. Those involved included: Antidote, BizFizz, Business Library, Business Link, Norfolk Chamber, Ecademy, NWES, WIN, WIRE and Women on Top.
Do you run a Business Network that you would like to promote? Small stands are free of charge if you promote the exhibition to your members ? Space is limited, so contact us now.
Sponsors Opportunities
Each sponsor will have the opportunity to have a large stand and publicity on the promotional materials including electronic marketing. Plus the opportunity to make contact before, during and after the event with stand holders.
Important information and what is included
Each full stand consists of a table or table space with chairs and room for a 2.2 metre display panel. Small stands are suitable for banner displays and the table is often shared with the another stand holder.
Some stands are supplied with a plain grey Velcro display board, please select these from the plan. Please advise us with your booking if you do not require us to supply a table, however, please note the Forum requires ALL tables to be draped to near the floor. All prices are plus VAT. 50% is due with order and the balance is due by 20 October.
Once payment as been received refunds will not be made, although stands can be transferred to another business with our agreement, which will only be withheld for an inappropriate business. 25% saving for full payment with order by 20 October for January.
The Forum, Norwich
The Forum, overlooking the Market in the centre of the City is fast becoming the ‘Centre for Information in Norwich' with the BBC, Library and Learning Shop all permanently located here. The Atrium and open spaces on The Plain are attracting leisure, environmental, ‘not for profit’ and retail events and is now the premier location in Norwich.

The Forum’s Conditions
which we must adhere to:
All tables must be covered down to the ground to cover table legs and items stored under the desks. The tables supplied free by Objectives Reached have suitable covers. If you are bringing an exhibition stand, goods or more than you can carry in one trip, you must do this prior to 10.00. Those just bringing a box or briefcase can arrive closer to 11.00. Car parking under The Forum is subject to availability and charges apply
We have reserved The Forum’s Atrium and an outside area.
