 Louise leads on our social research activities and has an active interest in regeneration issues. Louise's extensive work experience spans the range from micro-enterprises in East Africa through to SMEs and multinationals in the UK right through to the Cranfield School of Management. Louise has a particular expertise in innovative approaches to research and marketing, and is a founder member of the New Marketing Research Group at Cranfield.

Julia Snow MA, Advanced Certificate CIM
 Julia leads on our social marketing activities. She established her own award winning tourism business in Germany before moving to the UK to work within the women's enterprise sector. Her expertise includes project management, events, and project innovation. Julia likes the challenge of changing attitudes and engaging people. As a qualified marketing and PR consultant, she has worked on national projects in the education/HEI sector and is a regular contributor to several business publications.

Jenny Eaton BA, PGCE
 Jenny leads on our training design and delivery. She has more than 8 years' experience of working within marginalised communities and groups, helping them to overcome barriers to economic progress. Her expertise includes developing and delivering enterprise and back to work programmes, enterprise events and 1-1 support. Jenny is a qualified teacher and is passionate about innovating, delivering and evaluating learning programmes that help clients change their lives.
